KlykAI ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the KlykAI: AI Photo Enhancer mobile application (the "App").

1. No Account Required
KlykAI does not require account registration or login to use its core features.
You can use the App anonymously. We do not create personal user profiles for normal usage.
2. Images, Face Data & Enhanced Content
When using KlykAI, you may upload photos that include images of faces (such as selfies or portrait photos) to enhance, restore, upscale, or apply AI filters (e.g., HD, headshot, blur removal).
What face-related data we collect:
- Only the photo itself that you voluntarily upload for enhancement.
- We do not extract, scan, analyze, or generate facial recognition data, facial landmarks, face geometry, face templates, biometric identifiers, or any face-mapping information.
- We do not use face detection, face recognition, or any biometric identification technology.
How we use the uploaded images:
- Solely to generate an enhanced version of the photo you requested (e.g., HD, headshot style, blur removal).
- We do not use your photos or any face content to train AI models.
- We do not use your photos for advertising, marketing, profiling, analytics, or identity verification.
Where it is stored and who has access:
- Photos are transmitted over an encrypted HTTPS connection to our own secure servers.
- We do not share, sell, or disclose your photos or any face-related content to any third parties.
- We do not use third-party AI processing services (such as OpenAI, Replicate, Stability AI, or similar). All processing occurs exclusively on KlykAI-owned infrastructure.
Retention period:
- Uploaded images exist on our servers only for the duration of the AI processing (typically 5–15 seconds).
- As soon as the enhanced result is returned to your device, the original upload and the processed result are permanently deleted from our servers.
- We keep no backups, logs, or copies of your photos.
- Enhanced photos are saved to your device gallery only if you explicitly choose to download them.
Account deletion: If you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed.
3. AI Image Processing
When you enhance photos using KlykAI:
- Your images are securely transmitted to our servers for AI processing.
- The data is used only to generate enhanced results.
- We do not use your images for profiling, tracking, or marketing.
- We do not permanently store your content.
- Images are automatically deleted immediately after the enhanced result is returned.
All processing is handled through secure systems designed to protect your privacy.
By using the App, you consent to this processing.
4. Information We Collect Automatically
We may collect limited, non-personal technical data such as:
- Device type and model
- Operating system version
- App version
- Crash logs and diagnostics
- Anonymous usage analytics
This information does not directly identify you and is used only to improve app performance and stability.
5. In-App Purchases
If you purchase premium features:
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
- We do not collect or store your payment information.
- We only receive confirmation of purchase status.
